Specialist workforce for marine composite projects

Legal Composite Workforce AS is a Norwegian staffing company based in Hyen, supplying experienced personnel for the marine and composites industry. We currently provide workers to Brødrene Aa Hyen AS and Eikefjord Slipp AS.

With Brødrene Aa Hyen AS since 2013. Experience spans manual GRP lamination, mould construction, vacuum infusion, and outfitting work: bonded glazing, doors, railings and exterior deck equipment. Foreman of the External Outfitting Department since 2024.

Co-Founder

Active in the composites industry since 2011. Experience includes assembly work in Poland, construction of composite and fishing vessels in Iceland and Norway, laminating work on the Nordafe Viking projects, and outfitting work at Brødrene Aa Hyen AS since 2024.
