Specialist workforce for marine composite projects
Legal Composite Workforce AS is a Norwegian staffing company based in Hyen, supplying experienced personnel for the marine and composites industry. We currently provide workers to Brødrene Aa Hyen AS and Eikefjord Slipp AS.

Composite Repair
GRP repair work on marine vessels — from preparation to finishing
Our teams are skilled in preparing damaged areas, controlled grinding and edge bevelling, reinforcement application, filling, and preparation for finishing stages.
Vacuum Infusion
A prepared, process-driven approach to large composite components
Hands-on experience with reinforcement layout, selection of auxiliary materials, vacuum bagging, resin feed routing, leak testing, and multi-line infusion setups.
Marine Outfitting
Bonded glazing and visible finishing work on passenger vessels
Experience covers preparation and installation of bonded glazing, doors, railings and exterior deck equipment, with careful attention to passenger-visible areas.

Chairman of the Board (Styrets Leder)With Brødrene Aa Hyen AS since 2013. Experience spans manual GRP lamination, mould construction, vacuum infusion, and outfitting work: bonded glazing, doors, railings and exterior deck equipment. Foreman of the External Outfitting Department since 2024.
Krzysztof Galan
Co-FounderActive in the composites industry since 2011. Experience includes assembly work in Poland, construction of composite and fishing vessels in Iceland and Norway, laminating work on the Nordafe Viking projects, and outfitting work at Brødrene Aa Hyen AS since 2024.
